It isn’t found in worldly wealth
Or how you wear your hair
It isn’t found in magazines
Nor in the clothes you wear.

It isn’t found in neon lights
Or Vegas, filled with greed
It isn’t found in movie stars
Nor in the lives they lead.

It isn’t found in PhD’s 
                  That hangs upon your wall                    
It isn’t found in earthly things
Nor mansions, standing tall.

It isn’t found in pills you seek
To take away your pains
It’s found inside the blood of Christ
That flows within your veins.
